The foundational principles of homeopathy were laid in 1796 by an Austrian physician by the name of Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843)

This therapeutic method is based on the « principle of similarity ». According to this principle, the administration of a specific substance ( of animal vegetable or mineral origin) which provokes symptoms in a healthy subject would permit the treatment of a sick patient presenting similar symptoms.

Homeopathic treatment is personalized and specific to each patient. Whatever the diagnosis (or lack thereof), a detailed observation and complete inventory of the symptoms presented by the patient is at the heart of this powerful therapeutic method.
